Systems Administrator (IMO)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience. 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree. Experience with MS-SharePoint, Windows Desktop Support, and Tier 1 IT support DOD8570.01M IAT Level II (Security+ or higher certification) Active Secret clearanceSSBI with ability to obtain/maintain a TS security clearance US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Invited Contractor status under the ROK/US Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Welcome to United States Forces Korea. Our Systems Administrator is a junior position which will maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. You'll have the opportunity to: Monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. Perform systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts. Performing other duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space. Interact with users and evaluates vendor products. Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
