Our Security Officers also provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment.Perform other job-related duties as assignedQualificationsA pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCECompleted High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certificationsStrong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusMust be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a personValid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).Employment Verification For applicable roles, previous employment must be verified through our background vendor. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours and may involve any of the 7 days of the week, depending on the needs of the business. The work environment may be fast-paced and stressful or may also be quiet and slow-paced. All environments and pace of work will require alertness and ability to perform under pressure.While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time throughout an assigned shift; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects 25 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
