Production Worker III

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor dairy production process and follow SOPs for batching and processing products
- Maintain communication with departments, management, and employees regarding production efficiency issues
- Document required information per Federal, State, and Company policies
- Monitor fats, total solids, allergens, and related quality parameters
- Maintain equipment sanitation, including CIP and hand cleaning
- Operate and clean equipment efficiently to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
- Analyze process and equipment performance data to improve quality and troubleshoot issues
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S standards, and all safety protocols
- Ensure food safety, quality, and pre-requisite program compliance within designated area
- Report food safety/quality issues to management immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience Required
- With Pasteurizer\'s License: minimum 6–12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment
- Without Pasteurizer\'s License: minimum 12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment
- Previous experience with pallet jacks and forklift required

Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina to stand/walk almost entire workday; lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies
