Technical Operations Manager

Overview We’re seeking an Operations Technical Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement efforts within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, production efficiency, and plant performance while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (FDA/GMP) . What You’ll Do Lead and develop the plant maintenance team supporting a 24/7 operation Improve equipment reliability and OEE through continuous improvement initiatives Drive Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping across the facility Oversee capital projects, plant utilities, and facility maintenance Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, AIB) Implement and standardize maintenance best practices and policies Manage and optimize EAM systems and asset performance Train teams on automation, controls, and new technologies What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 8–10+ years in manufacturing engineering , including leadership experience Strong background in maintenance, reliability, and plant operations Experience in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, food, pharma, etc.) Proven success driving continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) Ability to lead teams and influence across all levels of the organization Nice to Have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Experience with high-speed processing and packaging systems Knowledge of refrigeration and plant utility systems #J-18808-Ljbffr IntePros
