Director of Customer Contract & Relationship Management:Customer Experience Leader

We offer a salary range of $119,100 - $150,000 based on experience and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we expect for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary above or below this range and is subject to change in the future. This position requires a hybrid schedule. Employees will work from any of the following Jack Henry office locations: Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. You are required to come into the office one day a week and, based on business needs, may be required to travel to one of these locations. What you’ll be responsible for: Participates and leads respective area in quarterly reviews and annual audits, ensuring they are running on schedule without significant issues, responding to high‑level audit requests, and reporting material issues to leadership. Develops accounting services organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis, and recommendations for strategic thinking and direction, and establishing functional objectives in line with corporate objectives. Provides leadership over the asset management and tracking team, offering expertise and guidance for continuous improvement. Develops, analyzes, and interprets statistical and accounting information and operating results, measuring performance against budget and forecast in collaboration with finance business partners for lines of business. Partners cross‑functionally to understand business transactions and ensures that transactional activities are complete and recorded accurately. Supports the management of the implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, partnering with Internal Audit and Risk Management to ensure alignment and compliance. Drives continuous business process improvement by designing and implementing technologies and consistently seeking efficiencies in processes and procedures. Ensures high‑quality performance management processes, documenting goals, addressing performance issues, and challenging team members to exceed expectations. Provides training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members in various areas, including financial analysis, business products, supporting technologies, GAAP, and SOX. May perform other duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, general business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of combined experience in customer operations, contract management, billing, and/or revenue operations. At least 5 years of people‑leadership experience. Experience training internal associates and/or external customers. Strong stakeholder‑management experience supporting sales, finance, legal, and/or operations. Demonstrated ability to lead customer experience and continuous process improvements in complex environments. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on clarity and consistency. Intermediate level experience utilizing Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, managing tables). Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences. What would be nice for you to have: Oracle subscription management experience. MS 365 experience. Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and driving organizational change. Experience handling software contracts.
