Airline Customer Service Representative at Houston International Airport (IAH) - $15/hr

Responsibilities Learn behind‑the‑scenes workings of an international airport. Rotate through check‑in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other airport areas. Navigate challenges and flight activities to ensure on‑time performance. Interact professionally with high‑profile passengers. Collaborate with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to maintain a safe and secure travel experience. Qualifications Eager to learn new skills. Organized and logical thinker capable of making quick decisions. Problem‑solving ability and adaptability to unforeseen situations. Effective communication and listening skills. Ability to multi‑task in a dynamic environment. Minimum 18 years of age, high‑school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. Ability to obtain security clearance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
