The Job The Food Dispatcher at Mandalay Bay is responsible for receiving and delivering all food products or food process equipment(s) to the designated kitchen and/or event staging area in a safe and timely manner. With precision, speed, and a commitment to safety, this role keeps the kitchens and event spaces energized and ready to deliver exceptional culinary moments. The STARTING RATE: $22.6534 The Day-to-day Receives and delivers all food items or kitchen equipment(s) from one to another designated area for the banquet functions in a safe and timely manner even at a rapid speed or under pressure. Keeps and organizes banquet event orders. Reads and understands interdepartmental transfer requisitions. Follows correct inventory control and receiving procedures.
