This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator who understands both the guest experience and the business behind it. The right person will be comfortable working across multiple concepts, developing strong operating leaders, improving financial performance, and identifying opportunities before they become problems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop Directors, Regional Leaders, and General Managers

• Own restaurant performance across sales, profitability, labor, food cost, service, and guest experience

• Maintain strong visibility into restaurant operations and identify issues early

• Build accountability and consistency across the organization while respecting the individual identity of each concept

• Develop and strengthen the operating leadership team

• Partner with culinary and other corporate functions to improve restaurant performance

• Lead operational initiatives including new restaurant openings, remodels, and concept evolution

• Analyze financial and operating results, identify root causes, and take action to improve performance

• Help develop the systems, processes, and leadership structure needed to support continued growth

What We're Looking For

• Significant multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience

• Experience overseeing high-volume upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurants

• Proven full P&L ownership and strong financial business judgment

• Experience leading multiple concepts or a complex restaurant portfolio

• A track record of developing Directors, Regional Leaders, and General Managers

• Experience with restaurant openings, remodels, repositioning, or concept development

• Strong field leadership combined with disciplined use of financial and operating data

• Ability to identify problems, understand root causes, and take ownership of solutions

• Comfortable working in a privately held, entrepreneurial, and continuously evolving organization

• Strong communication, leadership, and executive presence
