What You'll Do

• Build relationships and generate new business through proactive outreach to prospective and existing customers.
• Meet with customers, understand their needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
• Deliver exceptional service while helping customers make informed insurance decisions.
• Follow up consistently, manage sales opportunities, and take ownership of achieving individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with teammates, underwriting, and claims to solve problems and advocate for customers.
• Grow your career with opportunities in sales leadership, office management, or even owning your own State Farm agency!

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others.
• Prior insurance or outbound sales experience required.
• A proactive sales mindset — comfortable reaching out, starting conversations, and asking for the business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Someone who's organized, dependable, self-motivated, and accountable for results.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them.
• Able to reliably commute to our Moraga office (full-time, in-person position).
