This role involves leading a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of performance. Responsibilities:\*\* \* Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. \* Ensure production schedules are met, proactively addressing any delays or issues that arise. \* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. \* Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. \* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. \* Conduct performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities for team members. \* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations. \* Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators. \* Troubleshoot and resolve production-related problems and equipment malfunctions. \* Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to support production needs. Qualifications:\*\* \* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration) preferred. \* 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 year in a supervisory or lead role. \* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team. \* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations. \* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. \* Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. \* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. \* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \* Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus. \* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.**@ HYVE Solutions**, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
