Job Details Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Employment Type: Travel RN Setting: Emergency Department / Emergency Room Location: Live Oak, TX 78233 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,460–$1,540 Start Date: 08/18/2026 End Date: 11/17/2026 Job Requirements Active Texas RN license required; temporary license will not be accepted Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS or ENPC certification Current TNCC certification Current NIHSS certification Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills Meditech experience preferred Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced clinical setting Support patient assessment, stabilization, triage, and ongoing monitoring Assist with critical interventions including conscious sedation, intubations, sepsis care, stroke response, and chest pain evaluations Provide behavioral health watch and support for diverse patient needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Float as needed in accordance with unit guidelines Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to promote safe, efficient patient care Why Consider This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
