We are currently looking to find a Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper for multiple Subway franchise restaurants. This job has a flexible work schedule Full time and/or part time and competitive pay based on experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- ** Data Entry: ** Record daily transactions into Quickbooks
- ** Accounts Payable: ** Pay our business bills on time and accurately
- ** Reconciliation: ** Match our bank and credit card statements to our financial records to ensure they are correct.
- ** Payroll: ** Process Bi-weekly payroll for our team using a payroll service.
- ** Reporting: ** Simple weekly and monthly financial statements, P&L and Balance Sheets
** Requirements: **
- ** Experience: ** 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- ** Software Skills: ** Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- ** Soft Skills: ** Great Organization Skills and a sharp eye for details.
