South Strand Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

South Strand Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Accounting Professional to join our growing team. We are looking for an organized individual with strong accounting skills who thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Daily deposits and bank reconciliations
• General ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Deal posting and accounting support
• Month-end closing assistance
• Title and registration processing experience preferred
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
• Assisting with other office and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Accounting experience required (automotive dealership experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Saturdays as needed
