Psychiatrist - Outpatient - Geriatrics - Hybrid

Job Summary *Position Overview* We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Geriatric Psychiatrist with a preference for outpatient experience to join our growing behavioral health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in an ambulatory setting and is passionate about delivering specialized, longitudinal care to older adults. *What You'll Do* Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for geriatric patients, with a focus on conditions such as late-life depression, anxiety, cognitive disorders, and behavioral disturbances. You will maintain high standards of documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. *Collaborative Practice* You will work closely with primary care physicians and specialists across Baptist Health's broad network to deliver integrated, whole-person care for our older adult population. You will also contribute to medical education alongside second-year psychiatry residents from the University of Florida.
