Registered Nurse - NICU

Location: Missoula, MT

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As an RN in the NICU, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor the health status of neonates in the NICU.
Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
Collaborate with neonatal healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education and support to families of infants receiving care in the NICU.
Utilize advanced technology and equipment necessary for the care of critically ill infants.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Valid RN license in the state of practice.
NRP certification required.
1-2 years of experience in a NICU setting preferred.
