Legacy Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Massillon, OH to hire Machine Operators and Production Associates . We are hiring for all shifts with a pay range of $14-17/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking stable, full-time work with no weekend schedules, hands-on training, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production and machining equipment
- Perform basic part inspections to ensure quality standards
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
