JOB SUMMARY

Provides advanced systems analysis and application ownership, delivering scalable solutions and leading complex initiatives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

LEVEL PROFILE

• Fully competent experienced professional able to carry out a broad range of duties.

• Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge.

• Manages projects/processes with limited supervision.

• Solves complex problems and identifies business improvement opportunities.

• Acts as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead complex troubleshooting, advanced diagnostics, and performance tuning.

• Design scalable business and system solutions; steward critical configurations and integrations.

• Plan and lead testing strategies, QA, and cutover plans.

• Drive backlog grooming, requirement prioritization, and roadmap inputs with product owners.

• Mentor Level 1-2 analysts, review deliverables, and enforce standards.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7+ years of progressive systems analysis or application ownership experience.

• Proven delivery of complex enhancements and multi-team initiatives.

• Depth in data models, integrations, and change management.

• Experience mentoring others and leading small workstreams.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee will be required to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, by video conference, and in writing; use a computer and standard office equipment; review, draft, and analyze documents for extended periods; and perform work requiring concentration, judgment, and attention to detail. The position may require occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of objects in a safe manner.
