Overview Restoration & Rebuild Estimator – Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold and Construction – South Mississippi (In-Office Position) We’re a growing water, fire, smoke, mold, and rebuild restoration company in South Mississippi seeking a detail-oriented Restoration & Rebuild Estimator to join our team. This is an in-office position. Our technicians handle on-site inspections, documentation, and scope sheets for mitigation work. The estimator is responsible for turning that information into accurate estimates for both mitigation and reconstruction projects that keep jobs moving efficiently and insurance claims on track. Responsibilities Write mitigation and rebuild estimates using Xactimate Review DocuSketch and Encircle documentation Build estimates based on technician scope sheets, photos, and measurements Prepare reconstruction scopes for repairs following water, fire, and mold losses Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and insurance-compliant Communicate with project managers, office staff, and adjusters Revise estimates for supplements and change orders Maintain organized, complete job files Qualifications Experience writing restoration and/or reconstruction estimates Strong Xactimate skills (required) Understanding of construction and repair processes Familiarity with DocuSketch and/or Encircle is a plus Ability to interpret scope sheets and documentation accurately Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, professional, and accountable Nice to Have (Not Required) Insurance carrier or TPA estimating experience IICRC certifications Residential or light commercial construction background What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses or production incentives Stable, year-round work Training and support from an experienced team Long-term growth with a respected local company Application This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys estimating both mitigation and reconstruction work Prefers office-based estimating over field inspections Understands how claims flow from loss through rebuild Wants a stable, long-term position in the restoration industry Apply today and join a team that handles the full job—from emergency response to final rebuild. #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley
