Senior Recruiter Team Lead at Trinus Corporation Overview We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Technical Consultant to support our client’s contact center modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Genesys Cloud CX , including designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level cloud contact center solutions. This role is highly collaborative and will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Required Qualifications Proven experience in designing, implementing, and architecting Genesys-based solutions. Experience with API integrations and working knowledge of RESTful services. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools related to Genesys Cloud. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
