Implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Accurately collect, record, and maintain data to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team to support each client's individualized goals. Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment that promotes learning and skill development. Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills. Safely implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA, including working with clients who may exhibit physical aggression or other challenging behaviors. Candidates must be able to respond appropriately and safely while following established intervention protocols. Compensation & Schedule Location: Piedmont, MO Schedule: Full-time Hours: 30 Hours per week Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm Pay Rate: $22 – $28 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Qualifications Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Fluent in English 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion Valid CPR and First aid certificate Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Ability to successfully pass a background check Preferred Previous ABA therapy experience Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field If you are passionate about helping children reach their full potential and want to be part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and excellence, we would love to hear from you.
