Responsibilities Meet with new and existing customers to offer life and health insurance solutions Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers choose the right coverage Educate customers on policy features, benefits, and coverage options Build strong relationships through excellent communication and follow-up Assist with policy changes, questions, and claims support Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up Work closely with team members to support agency goals and customer needs Stay current on product knowledge, industry updates, and compliance requirements Ensure all sales and service activities are completed accurately and professionally Qualifications Willingness and ability to get state life and health insurance licenses Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, assertive, and comfortable making recommendations Open to learning, coaching, and personal growth Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly and confidently Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable with technology Motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to a growing office Ideal Candidate Attributes Great with people and able to build trust quickly Confident in conversations and not afraid to ask for the business Strong follow-up habits and a sense of urgency Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and driven by growth and results #J-18808-Ljbffr
