Technical Support Specialist: Remote & Fast Resolution
H&R Block
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist to serve as the single point of contact for technical support for internal and external customers across the enterprise.
You will resolve incidents end to end, monitor requests, communicate with customers, and deliver timely solutions with urgency. The role involves liaising with Technology Services, management, support groups, and business units, using knowledge bases and systems to track and close requests.
