Billing Assistant

BarthCalderon LLP is a mid-size law firm located in Orange County specializing in Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Business Transactions, and Trust and Probate Litigation. Our law firm is seeking a billing assistant to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Enter costs into our billing system Draft refund and past due letters to send to clients Log all payments received via check, wire and credit cards Send monthly balance due invoice to clients All other duties as assigned by Office Administrator Requirements Full time, in office position 6+ months’ experience working in an office setting Strong Organizational Skills & Detail Oriented - ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and maintain high accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) Ability to prioritize tasks and meet attorney payroll deadlines Strong work ethic and dependability Benefits PTO (Paid time off) Paid holidays 401k Pay: $23.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
