Our Marketing Campaign Specialist designs in accordance to our Marketing Manager to communicate information for our clients. They create everything from posters and billboards to packaging, logos and marketing materials. Campaign Specialists use elements such as shapes, colors, typography, images and more to convey ideas to an audience. This position is also responsible for supporting and educating our dealership locations on the use of our brand resources, and take feedback that is critical to the proper usage of the brand.

• Develops strong brand tools for our local teams to leverage for local marketing efforts for our Construction/Forestry locations.
• Executes campaign focused art.
• Brand Camp/Social Club establishing recurring support with the stores, active communication.
• Creates schematics quarterly and updates with new layout for showroom.
• Works with marketing coordinators with creative briefs.
• Assists videographer with video shoots, scheduling, and communications.
• Supports the communication specialist's social media plan to execute thorough strategy.
• Aligns and develops strong relationship with creative manager to ensure designs are on brand.
• Supporting FourCast efforts with videographer and communications specialist.
• Completes brand evolution by updating materials, templates, and resources for all mediums.
• Manages creative expenses and process improvement. Provide case studies to fulfill department growth or enhancements.
• Completes product training as assigned by marketing manager.

Need to Succeed:

• College degree in marketing required.
• Has a relentless focus on the customer. Understands what the customer wants and how to best deliver the experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe Creative Cloud, Trello for Project Management including tracking and reporting hours.
• Listens and communicates well with others within and outside of the organizations we serve. Creates a team environment that is positive and productive. Maintains positive and professional relationships with all customers and employees.
• Attention to detail, ability to collaborate and utilize company brand resources well.
