Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Weekend Shift Supervisor to join our team at Avir at Parkview in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care on our weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the nursing team on weekend shifts, ensuring that all patient care activities are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Ensure that all patient care activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our patient care meets the highest standards of excellence

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff members

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitative care setting

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to nursing staff

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care
