COB & CM Senior Analyst

The COB & CM Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributes to the development of new techniques, and improves processes and workflow for the area or function. The role integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area, requires strong analytical skills, and involves effective communication and diplomacy. Responsibilities Performs detailed operations and validation activities associated with the aggregation of data from many source systems. Ensures consistent reporting and data quality of source systems. Performs monthly runbook processing and validation activities, ensuring consistent reporting and data quality from source systems. Designs and analyzes complex data reports for use by resolution planning teams, senior management, and regulators. Recommends and oversees process improvements. Manages and executes operations activities associated with system enhancement projects. Ascertains business requirements, conducts data analysis, performs proof of concept and impact analyses, conducts user acceptance testing, and ensures changes are implemented successfully. Develops a comprehensive understanding of resolution plan data sourcing, in order to support and influence cross functional teams and management. Prepares analyses, reports, presentations, and other communications for senior management consumption. Drives compliance with applicable regulations and policy, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues to senior managers. Excellent analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experience working with large and complex data files. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot, V‑lookup, etc.) and PowerPoint. Organizational and project management skills. Problem solver with the ability to translate plans into actions. Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables. Team player with a positive attitude. Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
