Job Title: Remote Workforce Training Coordinator

Hourly Pay: $24 -$32/hour

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Training Coordinator to plan and manage training initiatives that empower employees and elevate performance. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about skill development, training logistics, and fostering a culture of learning. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute training programs to support workforce skill development
Partner with department heads to assess training needs and create targeted solutions
Schedule and manage logistics for group and individual training sessions

Deliver engaging training across in-person and virtual formats

Track program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data

Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress

Assist in developing training content, guides, and documentation

Monitor employee participation and engagement in development initiatives
Ensure programs align with organizational goals and compliance standards
Keep up with industry trends and adopt best practices in training delivery

Qualifications:

Experience as a training coordinator, corporate trainer, or similar role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

Ability to manage multiple programs and adapt to diverse learning needs
Proficiency in LMS platforms and training technologies

Competitive pay: $24 - $32/hour
