Server Assistant - On-Call
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Server Assistant at Goldfinch Tavern who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience.
The Server Assistant is part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our restaurant and hotel guests. This position reports to the Goldfinch Tavern management team. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
Key Elements of the Job
- Maintain ownership of duties through hard work and discipline
- Anticipate the needs of guest's and co-workers instantaneously
- Clear and tables, assist the floor and enhance guest's dining experiences
- Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner
- Assist bartenders and cocktail servers, which requires a broad understanding of cocktails
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
- Strong work ethic which includes a drive to grow, improve and learn everyday
- Proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
- Energetic approach to his/her craft
- Calm composure under pressure
- Excellent people skills
- Restaurant experience preferred
