Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, working closely with the Director of Nursing and other senior leadership team members

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including charge nurses, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction

• Oversee wound care and infection control protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

• Promote a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among staff members

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
