Required Skills

• 2-3 years of software development management experience
• 2+ years of AI/ML experience
• Experience with Epic or similar healthcare systems
• Ability to review code and provide technical guidance
• Strong project management and execution skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience leading AI projects in healthcare settings
• Advanced certifications in AI, ML, or related fields
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms
• Background in data science and analytics
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects in healthcare or related industries

Other Requirements

• Hybrid work schedule with onsite presence three days per week
• Ability to work within healthcare security and compliance standards
