Key Responsibilities:

Build and assemble forms for pouring concrete
Ensure forms are constructed according to specifications
Prepare and position reinforcement rods within forms
Pour and finish concrete within forms
Inspect and repair forms as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Form Builder
