We offer equal employment opportunity in a drug-free and smoke-free campus## Qualifications**Qualifications*** Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.* Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.* Knowledge of long-term care regulations, resident rights, and skilled nursing facility standards.* Experience providing direct patient care to geriatric and long-term care populations.* Ability to administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered therapies safely and accurately.* Skilled in monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the interdisciplinary care team.* Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical documentation.* Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.* Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.* Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in accordance with state regulations.* Ability to work effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.* Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care with a commitment to preserving dignity and quality of life.* Current CPR/BLS certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scottish Pines Rehab
