FinTech Operations Lead - BaaS Funding & Compliance

Hatch Bank is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee day-to-day BaaS platform operations, including onboarding, funding flows, and issue resolution. You will partner with Finance, Compliance, and Technology to ensure regulatory adherence and operational excellence. You will lead a team, drive process improvements and automation, maintain data quality, and provide reporting on funding activity, risk, and performance to leadership.
