Position Summary The Event Promotions Assistant will support promotional events by helping prepare event spaces, engage attendees, and present information about featured products and services. This is an active, people-oriented position suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities * Assist with preparation and setup of promotional events * Organize tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and supplies * Welcome attendees and encourage positive engagement * Explain featured products, services, and promotions to customers * Support promotional activities and event demonstrations * Help distribute promotional materials * Collect customer feedback and observations during events * Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials afterward Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Energetic and professional personality * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers * Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team * Previous event, promotions, retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
