Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.10
Pay Package: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care within the OR setting
Effectively utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Engage in patient education tailored to diverse needs
Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all aspects of care

What You Need

Valid RN License in Louisiana
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of current nursing laws and standards
