Engagement & Program Operations Consultant

What You Will Do Work as a key part of a broader delivery team to engage with senior clients, structure and execute stakeholder engagement and strategic communications plans, and identify novel ways to convey mission impact and value. Leverage experience with stakeholder engagement and communications best practices. Identify tactical and strategic ways to optimize business processes and daily workflows. Collaborate across organizational boundaries to build and sustain momentum toward program goals and objectives. Job Family Operational Effectiveness (ESA) Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph What You Will Need An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph. FIVE (5)+ years performing work in the Federal or National Security space, including but not limited to stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and/or optimizing business processes. Bachelor's degree What Would Be Nice To Have Master's degree in a relevant field Ability to operate autonomously, with minimal oversight, while coordinating with leadership team in background.
