Job Summary To assist and support principal in implementing the District's strategic goal of establishing and implementing an instructional vision and focused plan for improving student achievement in addition to providing support for instructional staff in strengthening their instructional practices while building strong partnerships with families and the community. Qualifications Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related educational field from an accredited educational institution. Three (3) to five (5) years of successful instructional, social work, guidance, or administrative experience. Certification in Administration and Supervision or Educational Leadership.
