Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented, guest‑focused Reservations Manager to lead our reservation department. In this role you will ensure smooth, efficient operations, maximize revenue, and provide personalized service to guests. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department. Manage room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue. Provide personalized service to guests, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues. Train and supervise reservations staff, ensuring exceptional customer service. Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry. Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experiences and ensure smooth arrivals and departures. Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase reservation conversions and upsell opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience in a reservations management role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel property management systems. Knowledge of revenue‑management principles and techniques. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Leadership and team‑building skills. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
