About the Role:

At JFM, we believe our employees are our greatest asset. We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and people-focused Employee Engagement & Retention Specialist to help build an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through retention.

In this role, you'll partner with Human Resources and organizational leaders to develop innovative engagement initiatives, recognition programs, recruitment marketing, employer branding, onboarding experiences, and agency events that foster a positive workplace culture. • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and improve retention.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, appreciation events, wellness initiatives, and agency-sponsored activities.
• Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to improve the employee experience.
• Administer employee engagement surveys and assist leaders in developing action plans based on survey results.
• Monitor engagement metrics, turnover trends, and retention data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership to establish annual employee engagement and retention goals.
• Support managers in developing career paths and clear job expectations that encourage employee growth and retention.
• Create engaging recruitment marketing content for social media, the agency website, and other communication platforms.
• Manage and strengthen JFM's employer brand across recruitment channels and social media.
• Represent JFM at job fairs, hiring events, community outreach activities, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team on special projects and process improvements that enhance employee services.

• Comfortable using social media and marketing strategies to attract talent.
• Analytical and able to interpret engagement and retention data to recommend improvements.
• Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Education

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

• Two to three years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Human Resources certification is preferred.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $22.97–$27.57 per hour (or $47,777.60–$57,345.60 annually ), depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Eligible employees are also offered a comprehensive benefits package.
