Aufgaben Volle Verantwortung: Du steuerst eigene Kampagnen mit Tagesbudgets im fünfstelligen Bereich - eigenständig und performanceorientiert. Performance-Driven Marketing: Planung, Skalierung und A/B-Testing mit klarem Fokus auf Umsatz, ROI und Wachstum. Creative Strategy: Entwicklung von Headlines und Creatives, die Klicks und Conversions liefern. Daten & Analyse: Tägliche Auswertung relevanter KPIs, um kreative Entscheidungen mit klaren Zahlen zu untermauern. Testing & Optimization: Qualifikation Native Advertising-Profi: Erfahren mit vier- bis fünfstelligen Tagesbudgets und erfolgreicher Skalierung. Performance-Mindset: Du liebst es, Ergebnisse zu sehen, Daten zu interpretieren und Strategien zu verbessern. Kreatives Denken: Du hast ein Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und psychologische Trigger und entwickelst Ads, die performen. Analytische Stärke: Zahlen und KPIs sind für dich kein Chaos, sondern dein Werkzeug zur Optimierung. Ownership & Drive: Du übernimmst Verantwortung, handelst proaktiv und willst Ergebnisse sehen. Technisches Verständnis: Du bist vertraut mit Tracking, Reporting und KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung. Hands-on: Du testest, misst, optimierst und feierst deine Resultate.
