This team is responsible for unifying demand and supply planning processes to support Cisco’s evolving organizational model. As a transformation leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and IT, driving innovation and strategic alignment. The team thrives on bridging business and technology to deliver impactful supply chain solutions.Your ImpactIn this role, you will drive the re-writing of Cisco’s planning playbook, establishing a framework to guide operations for years to come. You will lead the integration and deployment of agentic AI capabilities, transforming advanced technology into practical supply chain applications. By working with stakeholders across the organization, you will align strategic goals with architectural changes to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your work will include translating business strategy into capability requirements, benchmarking processes against industry best practices, and serving as the critical liaison between Business and IT.Minimum Qualifications10–12 years of supply chain experience with expertise in at least two of the following areas: Supply Chain Planning, Scheduling, Backlog Management, S&OP, NPI, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, or Purchasing.5+ years of dedicated project/program management experience.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
