About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Customer Success and Services to lead and scale their regional post-sales organization in North America. This strategic role involves bringing together customer success, professional services, and customer support under one leadership umbrella. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the regional post-sales strategy, with a focus on ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include building and leading the customer success function, establishing and growing the professional services organization, and leading the customer support team to drive continuous service improvement. The role also requires the development of scalable operating models, deployment methodologies, and service delivery standards, as well as fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture. The ideal candidate for the VP of Customer Success and Services role at the company will have a strong background in customer-facing technology leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling post-sales organizations within a B2B technology environment. Extensive leadership experience across customer success, professional services, and/or customer support is essential, as is a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution. The role demands outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how post-sales excellence drives customer retention and business growth. Experience in the broadcast, media technology, streaming, or video delivery sectors is highly advantageous, along with familiarity with relevant platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure regional execution aligns with global strategy and will use data and operational metrics to continuously improve customer experience and business performance.
