Customer Happiness Engineer

HiOperator is seeking Customer Service Agents to help elevate the customer-service experience by solving customer problems via email and chat for a variety of clients. Agents will use a one-stop platform that combines automation and human judgment to maximize quality production and minimize tedious tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Solve customer problems via email and chat across multiple clients
- Achieve key standards in customer satisfaction and performance
- Collaborate with leaders to improve software and operations

- Type 40+ wpm with 99% accuracy
- Are dependable and consistently show up ready to work
- Learn quickly and adapt to evolving policies and procedures
- Take ownership in solving problems
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace
- Read, comprehend, and write in English
Shift Options:
- Saturday to Tuesday, 7am – 6pm
- Monday to Friday, 2pm to 11pm

Total Compensation
Pay is $17.00 per hour.
