Rohnert Park, CA | $28-35/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at a thriving residential community in Rohnert Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing professional looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in community operations.
Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day property operations and resident services
  
• Assist with rent collection, resident communications, and lease administration
  
• Coordinate resident requests and ensure timely issue resolution
  
• Partner with the Community Manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction
  
• Assist with reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks
  
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of property management or leasing experience
  
• Experience with Entrata preferred; Yardi accepted
  
• Strong resident relations and customer service skills
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Open to experienced leasing professionals seeking career advancement
  

Schedule & Perks

• Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

• Temp-to-hire opportunity with conversion target of 2-4 months

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
