MIG Welder

Kane Innovations has immediate openings for qualified MIG Welders. Our company specializes in aluminum and stainless steel architectural products. The ideal candidate will have the following: Qualifications: Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Ability to learn welding techniques, including clamping, grinding, tack welding, and positioning components for final welds. Willingness to learn proper welding procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards. Ability to read or learn to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail, measurement, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, bending, and working in a manufacturing environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work. Physical Demands: There can be repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing, pulling, & lifting up to 50 pounds. In addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Welding Technology training preferred, but not required Prior MIG welding experience is preferred; however, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and are willing to provide training for the right individual.
