Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as ordered, and monitor responses while managing potential adverse effects. Collaborate with physicians, licensed and unlicensed team members, and ancillary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document all patient assessments, treatments, and care plans accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure timely, compliant reporting. Monitor vital signs, recognize early signs of deterioration, respond to emergencies, and participate in rapid response or code scenarios as needed. Support patients and families with education, discharge planning, and coordination of follow-up care.
