Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ED patients, including triage, assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and interventions per orders, and monitor patient responses
- Prioritize emergencies, respond quickly, and document accurately in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and safety considerations
- Uphold patient safety standards and professional practice guidelines

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ER nursing experience preferred
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Ability to work in an emergency department environment
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
