Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide / CNA to join our growing team. Legacy of Delano is a fun filled Senior Living Facility, located right off of Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn's. It has 51 total units, between both Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Position: CNA, HHA or Caregiver

Hourly Wage: CNA - $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour, depending on experience / HHA & Caregiver - $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, depending on experience

Service Area: 1350 Saint Peter Avenue East, Delano, MN 55328

Schedule: Full-time PM available, 3pm-11pm, 0.8 FTE - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday

Position Duties & Responsibilities: In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
