Position Converting Operator – Tier Four Location: Sussex, WI Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM What You’ll Do Set up and operate machinery per production specs and safety protocols Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting Monitor operations to maintain consistent quality and output Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance Adjust machine settings to optimize performance Operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists Document production data and report issues Perform quality checks in line with our Quality Management System Keep work area clean and organized Support other tasks as needed What You Bring Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures Basic math and computer skills Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED 5+ years of manufacturing experience Why Join Us We’re more than just a workplace—we’re a team.
