You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, including system design, PLC programming, HMI development, commissioning, and customer support.What You'll Be DoingDesign and develop electrical control systems for industrial equipment and machineryCreate control panel layouts, electrical schematics, and system documentationProgram and troubleshoot PLCs and HMI systemsSupport installation, startup, testing, and commissioning activitiesDiagnose and resolve issues within existing control systems and automation equipmentCollaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and customers throughout project executionProvide technical support and recommendations for system improvementsEnsure designs meet customer requirements and industry standardsRequired QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field3 to 7 years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, Controls Engineer, or Automation EngineerExperience troubleshooting industrial control systems and automation equipmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and customersHands-on PLC programming experienceHMI programming experienceExperience working with: Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk or similar HMI platformsPreferred QualificationsMachine vision experience using:CognexKeyenceRobotics programming, integration, or troubleshooting experienceExperience supporting manufacturing or industrial automation environmentsTechnologies & EquipmentAllen-Bradley PLCsRockwell Automation PlatformsHMI DevelopmentFactoryTalkIndustrial ControlsElectrical DesignAutomation SystemsMachine Vision (Cognex/Keyence)RoboticsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate has a strong controls and automation background and is comfortable owning projects from design through implementation. xhyhwjd They have experience programming PLCs, developing HMIs, troubleshooting industrial equipment, and working directly with customers to deliver automation solutions.
